La Granja Foods celebrates a workshop focused on mental health.

We recognize that a happy and healthy team plays a crucial role in building a positive, collaborative, and human-centered work environment.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Esther and Laura, along with the OASIS association, for their professionalism and warmth throughout the day. Additionally, we want to acknowledge the efforts of our Human Resources and Risk Prevention teams for organizing and coordinating every detail.

On October 10th, as part of World Mental Health Day, La Granja Foods took an important step toward the emotional well-being of our team by organizing a special day dedicated to this crucial topic.

In collaboration with Esther and Laura, psychologists and social workers from the OASIS association, we designed a unique experience that combined learning, reflection, and personal connection.

The Power of Pausing and Reflecting

The day began with group activities aimed at questioning and transforming limiting beliefs about the workplace. One of the main challenges proposed by Esther and Laura was to reflect on what it means to be a “good” or “bad” worker, a belief that often shapes how we perceive ourselves and how we interact at work.

Through participatory dynamics and open conversations, a safe and trusting space was created where everyone could express themselves without fear of judgment. This environment allowed many team members to share emotions and thoughts that are not usually voiced in the workplace.
