Large Gluten Free Christmas Lot. From day one, making products to the best of our knowledge and ensuring great taste has been an inalienable value for us.

In 1954 our grandparents had a grocery store next to their small chicken farm. Here they sold eggs and all kinds of groceries to the neighbourhood. Once the shop ran out of muffins, one of their most popular products. To please her customers, our grandmother decided to bake her own recipe for muffins in her own kitchen. Her huge success surprised everyone, as more and more of them were sold. From this, La Granja was born and we learned something that we always keep in mind: work hard and do your best to satisfy your customers.

This was the case with the first traditional specialities that made us known and has continued to be so throughout our history, by continually incorporating new products into our range. By keeping ahead of the needs and desires of consumers, we have become a benchmark for quality and innovation in our food products sector. In the 1980s, La Granja was a pioneer in creating specialities to meet different dietary needs, which today form part of our Diet range. Later we launched the Bio range, which uses only ingredients from organic farming. This was followed by the Vegan range for strictly vegan consumption and the Gluten Free and Lactose Free products, which are produced separately from the rest of the products.

Gluten Free Range

In the products of this new range we use only gluten, lactose and corn free ingredients. We ensure their non-contamination throughout the process, from a separate production from the rest. We are certified by the Celiac Association of Catalonia, member of the AOECS.

Undoubtedly it has been a challenge to get this project forward, but the motivation has always been to reach all consumers and that there is no difference in texture, flavor and fluffiness between the traditional line and the gluten-free line. La Granja’s main objective is to make the gluten-free line a product for the whole family, regardless of whether they suffer from gluten or lactose intolerance or not.

All our gluten-free products contain less than 20 ppm of gluten, a parameter that current regulations establish as a limit for a food to be suitable and safe for celiac and gluten intolerant people.

We have the IFS 23 certificate with a High Level result, it has been 9 consecutive years getting the IFS certification on an annual basis.

May contain traces of TREE NUTS and SESAME.
