Con las manos ve amasando los dos productos hasta que est\u00e9n mezclados.<\/li>\n<li>Cubre un molde redondo y desmontable con la mezcla y reserva en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Ralla la piel de un lim\u00f3n y triturar junto con el az\u00facar. En un cazo introduce las 3 yemas, el huevo, el zumo de 4 limones y el az\u00facar. Mezcla con una cuchara de madera hasta crear una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Cocina la mezcla al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda y remueve sin parar con la cuchara hasta que la crema empiece a espesar, pero sin llegar a hervir. Hidrata las 4 l\u00e1minas de gelatina en agua fr\u00eda e introd\u00facelas en la mezcla, remueve hasta que se deshagan.<\/li>\n<li>Saca el cazo del fuego y a\u00f1ade la mantequilla troceada. Remueve con unas varillas hasta que se haya incorporado e introduce la crema de lim\u00f3n sobre el bizcocho en el molde desmontable.
