Traditional range<\/h3>\n

Our fairy cakes and sponge cakes, made according to the original recipe of our grandmother Amparo, are at the very origin of La Granja and its success was the basis of its subsequent development as a company.<\/p>\n

These are traditional confectionery products that are very popular in our environment, so it is not easy to stand out unless you offer a distinctive quality, clearly perceptible to the palate. The reputation that La Granja has earned as a producer of good products is our greatest asset and, at the same time, the reason to be extremely demanding in the quality of everything we offer to our customers.<\/p>\n

What is La Fageda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Fageda <\/a>is a social project with a business structure in La Garrotxa. Its mission is to improve the quality of life and promote the social integration of people at risk of social exclusion in La Garrotxa, through real and dignified work. To achieve this, it uses a powerful business structure that works to create value within the organization and for the rest of society.<\/p>\n

The Beechwood offers 11 types of social and welfare activities aimed at people, and are classified into three areas: the labor area, which includes business activities and job placement services, the occupational area, which offers therapy, training and leisure services for social integration, and the housing area, which provides decent housing with the necessary care appropriate to each person.<\/p>\n

The factory and the farm are located on the Los Casales estate, in Fageda d’en Jord\u00e0. Within the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of the Garrotxa, is the farm Los Casales de Santa Pau. This is the place where La Fageda develops most of its activity.<\/p>\n

La Fageda’s jams incorporate between 52% and 63% of fruit selected according to variety and origin, that’s why they are so good.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is the product prepared by cooking whole, chopped or crushed fruit to which whole cane sugar has been added until a semi-liquid or thick product is obtained. The only secret is good fruit cooked slowly.<\/p>\n

They have gone back to the origin to recover the most intense flavors of the traditional jams. With 100% natural ingredients<\/strong> such as cane sugar and lemon juice; without preservatives or colorants and with an unctuous texture, consistent and with pieces of fruit that La Fageda has not allowed to finish undoing.<\/p>\n

La Fageda presents a selection of 7 jams, apparently simple but very authentic: made with ripe fruit and cooked “a la casserole”, over low heat and with our continuous supervision.<\/p>\n
