Gluten-free and lactose-free cocoa sponge cake with chocolate chips. From day one, making products to the best of our knowledge and ensuring great taste has been an essential value for us. This was the case with the first traditional specialties that made us known and has continued to be so throughout our history, as we continually incorporate new products into our range.<\/p>\n

Our constant advance to the needs and desires of consumers has made us a benchmark for quality and innovation in our food products sector. In the 1980s, La Granja was a pioneer in creating specialties to meet different dietary needs, which today form part of our Diet range. Later we launched the Bio range, which uses only ingredients from organic farming. This was followed by the Vegan range for strictly vegan consumption and the separate production of the Gluten Free range.<\/p>\n

In 1954 our grandparents had a grocery store next to their small chicken farm. They sold eggs as well as groceries of all kinds to the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Once the store ran out of muffins, one of their most popular products. To please her customers, our grandmother decided to bake her own muffin recipe in her home kitchen.<\/p>\n

It is presented as a sheet approximately 45 cm long and 30 cm wide. From this sheet, you can get around 27-30 large portions. If you prefer smaller portions, you can make a double cut and obtain approximately 60 portions.<\/p>\n
