This is a well-deserved recognition that consolidates her as a key leader within the company and highlights her career at the helm of the organisation, the result of her unwavering commitment and dedication.<\/p>\n<p>This award particularly recognises a leadership model that goes beyond day-to-day management and is built on a long-term vision focused on continuous improvement, the sustainability of the project and the shared growth of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, this award reaffirms the importance of female leadership in the business world and recognises the role and efforts of women like Carme, who promote and lead strong and sustainable initiatives with a tangible impact on the social and economic development of the region.<\/p>\n<p>This recognition also serves as an inspiration to continue promoting a business model based on commitment, innovation and value creation, highlighting the contribution of women to the business community and to the progress of society.<\/p>\n<p>For Carme Gol, this recognition is also a tribute to all the people who contribute to the company\u2019s growth day after day:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am deeply moved and grateful to have received the 2026 FEGP Business Night Award.
