{"id":37495,"date":"2022-10-18T11:53:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T09:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lagranjafoods.com\/tarta-de-boniato\/"},"modified":"2025-08-25T14:02:22","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T12:02:22","slug":"sweet-potato-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lagranjafoods.com\/en\/sweet-potato-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Potato Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>La Granja Vegan Carrot, Yuzu &amp; Cereal Cookies<\/li>\n<li>120 g margarine<\/li>\n<li>200 g sweet potato<\/li>\n<li>100 ml evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>200 g cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>3 sheets of gelatin or agar-agar<\/li>\n<li>Sweetener to taste<\/li>\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>ELABORATION<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C with top and bottom heat. While the oven is heating, wash the sweet potatoes well to remove all dirt. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for about 50 minutes. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked and tender, let them cool to room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Crush the entire pack of La Granja Vegan Cookies and mix with the melted margarine. Line a removable 18-20 cm pan with the mixture and refrigerate.<\/li>\n<li>Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5\u20136 minutes. If using agar-agar, follow the package instructions. Once hydrated, place the gelatin in a cup with some lemon juice and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, combine the peeled sweet potato, cream cheese, evaporated milk, melted gelatin sheets, and sweetener to taste. Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth and homogeneous. We recommend tasting the sweetness and, if you want it sweeter, add a little more sweetener.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the pan over the cookie base and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTS La Granja Vegan Carrot, Yuzu &amp;
