Gluten-free and lactose-free carrot cake gingerbread box. From day one, making the products as well as we know how and ensuring a great taste has been an essential value for us. It was like the first traditional specialties that made us known and it has continued to be so throughout our career, by continuously incorporating novelties into our range.

Staying ahead of the needs and desires of consumers has made us a benchmark for quality and innovation in our food products sector. In the 80s La Granja was a pioneer in creating specialties catering to different dietary needs, which today form part of our Diet range. Later we launch the Bio range, which uses only ingredients from organic farming. They have followed the Vegan range for strictly vegan consumption and the separate production of the Gluten Free product range.

In 1954 our grandparents had a colmado next to their small chicken farm. Eggs came to the neighborhood as well as groceries of all kinds.

Once the store ran out of cupcakes, one of its most popular products. To please the clientele, our grandmother decided to bake her own muffin recipe in her home kitchen.

Its enormous success surprised everyone, more and more were being sold each time. This is where La Granja was born and we learned something that we always keep in mind: work hard and do everything you can to satisfy your customers, only good things can come out of it.

In the products of this new range we only use ingredients free of gluten, lactose and corn. We ensure non-contamination throughout the process, from a separate production from the rest. This product has the L'Espiga Barrada seal and license number ES-055-018, certified by the FACE (Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain) which belongs to the AOECS (Association of Celiac Associations of Europe).

Gluten and Lactose free Range

In the products of this new range we only use ingredients free of gluten, lactose and corn. We ensure its non-contamination throughout the process, from a separate production from the rest. This product has the La Espiga Barrada seal and license number ES-055-018, certified by FACE (Federación de Asociaciones de Celiacos de España) which belongs to the AOECS (Association of Celiac Societies of Europe).

All our products from the gluten-free line contain less than 20 ppm of gluten, a parameter that current regulations establish as a limit for a food to be suitable and safe for celiacs and gluten intolerants.

Without a doubt, it has been quite a challenge to bring this project forward, but the motivation has always been to be able to reach all consumers and that there is no difference in texture, flavor and sponginess between the traditional line and the gluten-free line. The main objective of La Granja being that the gluten-free line is a product for the whole family, regardless of whether or not they suffer from gluten or lactose intolerance.

We have the IFS 24 certificate with a High Level result, and it has been 10 consecutive years obtaining the IFS certification annually.

INGREDIENTS: EGG, high-oleic sunflower seed oil, raw brown cane sugar, potato starch, humectants (glycerin and sorbitol), WALNUT (5%), rice flour, powdered carrot (2%), water, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), glucose and fructose syrup, plant fibres (citrus, peas, potato, psyllium, alga plant fibres), powdered psyllium husk, preservative (sorbic acid), acidity corrector), emulgent (xantan gum), natural and cinnamon aroma.

May contain traces of SESAME SEED and SOYBEAN.
