Our constant advance to the needs and desires of consumers has made us a benchmark for quality and innovation in our food products sector. In the 1980s, La Granja was a pioneer in creating specialties to meet different dietary needs, which today form part of our Diet range. Later we launched the Bio range, which uses only ingredients from organic farming. This was followed by the Vegan range for strictly vegan consumption and the separate production of the Gluten Free range.

In the products of this new range we use only gluten, lactose and corn free ingredients. We ensure their non-contamination throughout the process, from a separate production from the rest. This product has the La Espiga Barrada seal, certified by the FACE (Federation of Spanish Coeliac Associations), which belongs to the AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies).

Gluten and Lactose free Range

In the products of this new range we only use ingredients free of gluten, lactose and corn. We ensure their non-contamination throughout the process, from a production separate from the rest. This product has the seal of La Espiga Barrada and licence number ES-055-011, certified by the FACE (Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain) which belongs to the AOECS (Association of Celiac Societies of Europe).

All our products in the gluten-free line contain less than 20 ppm of gluten, a parameter that current regulations establish as the limit for a food to be suitable and safe for celiacs and gluten intolerants.

Without a doubt it has been a challenge to bring this project forward, but the motivation has always been to be able to reach all consumers and to ensure that there is no difference in texture, flavour and fluffiness between the traditional line and the gluten-free line. The main objective of La Granja is that the gluten-free line is a product for the whole family, regardless of whether they suffer from gluten or lactose intolerance or not.

We have the IFS 24 certificate with a High Level result, we have already obtained the IFS certification annually for 10 consecutive years.

Gluten and lactose free original round fairy cakes

INGREDIENTS: EGG, high oil content sunflower seed oil, raw brown cane sugar, potato starch, humectants (glycerin, sorbitol), tapioca starch, rice flour, glucose and fructose syrup, plant fibres (citrus, peas, potato, psyllium, alga plant fibres), powdered psyllium husk, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), preservative (sorbic acid), acidity corrector (lactic actid), emulgent (xantan gum), natural aroma with lemon zest and aroma.

May contain traces of NUTS ,SESAME SEED and SOYBEAN.
