Halloween Idea: Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free

Today, we propose two preparation options for this Halloween idea that will make your party unforgettable. It involves decorating the Gluten-Free Cocoa Cake with Chips from La Granja Foods with a white surface and painting it with dark chocolate. Here are the options:

OPTION 1: WITH CREAM CHEESE

The first option is the “healthiest,” for which you’ll need:

  • Lactose-free cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • Vanilla essence
  • Sweetener or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Dark chocolate for melting

In a bowl, mix half a tub of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, sweetener to taste, lemon juice, and stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
