Gluten-Free Easter Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Marble Muffins from La Granja Foods
  • 1 tub of cream cheese (Philadelphia-style)
  • 1 bar of white chocolate
  • Pink or red chocolate coating
  • 100 g of shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar or icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Gluten-free ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by placing the tub of cream cheese in a bowl along with the 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and the teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Cut off the top of each muffin to flatten them, then spread the cheese mixture over the top.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top of the cheese mixture to decorate. Alternatively, you can pour the shredded coconut into a bowl and dip the cupcake into the coconut to coat it more evenly.
  4. To create the bunny feet, melt the white chocolate and use it to draw the desired shapes on parchment or baking paper. Repeat the process with the pink or red chocolate coating to add details to the white chocolate, as shown in the image. Allow the chocolate to cool and set until firm, then insert the decorations into the cupcakes.
