ELABORATION
- In a bowl, combine 250g of mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence, and sweetener to taste. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Taste it and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
- Once the mixture is ready, pour it over the panettone and spread it evenly to cover the top completely.
- Refrigerate until the mixture sets slightly and gains a firmer texture.
